Lauren Cardiel

After a 3-year hiatus in Sacramento, Lauren returns to her role as a Dispatcher with the Mount Shasta Police Department, bringing with her a combined 15 years of dispatching experience in both law enforcement and EMS.
Lauren is originally from… everywhere. Her upbringing took her across the United Kingdom, Canada, and various corners of the United States, but she has called California her home for the past 10 years.
In her downtime, Lauren fully embraces her inner “nerd” persona. Whether buried in a captivating book, vibing to her favorite music, indulging in her favorite movies or TV shows, playing video games, or channeling her creativity as a graphic artist, she’s in her element. 
She is an avid animal lover and advocate and aspires to be a crazy cat lady someday.
Passions aside, Lauren’s heart truly belongs to her daughter. They can be found exploring the world around them together creating cherished memories or snuggling with their 2 cats.
